Who we are
This website is run by Willow Valley Holiday Park Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 15812216, registered office Dye House, Bush, Bude, Cornwall EX23 9LB. We trade as Willow Valley Holiday Park, and any booking you make is a contract with that company.
The park is at Bush, Bude, Cornwall EX23 9LB. You can reach us on 07973 513974 or at reservations@willowvalley.co.uk.
Using this website
You may use this site to find out about the park and to plan and make a booking. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Accuracy and prices
We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but details and availability can change. Most stays show “Live prices for your dates” because the price depends on when you come and how long you stay; camping and touring pitches start from £24 per night. The price you pay is the price confirmed when you book, shown in full with no hidden charges.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are taken through our booking system, Anytime Booking, at willowvalley.anytimebooking.eu. You enter your details and pay through that system. The deposit, balance, payment and cancellation terms that apply to your stay are set out during booking and in your confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it and you have received confirmation.
Staying with us
A few things that apply to every booking, so there are no surprises:
- Willow Valley is a park for families and couples. We cannot take all-male, all-female or mixed groups, or large parties.
- Dogs are welcome in every stay under our dog policy, on a lead no longer than 2 metres anywhere on the park. Some breeds are not accepted.
- Entry is controlled by an ANPR number-plate barrier, with CCTV across the park around the clock. There’s no security guard on site, but we walk round the park ourselves.
- Arrival and departure times depend on your type of stay and are shown when you book.
The full park rules, including our dog and vehicle policies, are shared with your booking and apply during your stay.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to give you a good stay, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that we could not have foreseen, or that was outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page. For how we handle your data, see our privacy policy.
