About Bluebird

Bluebird is a refurbished 1970 American school bus that was fitted out by hand over one Cornish winter. Inside there’s a double bed and a set of bunks, a furnished kitchen, and a living area with a log burner and a TV — glamping with a genuine story rather than a roll-mat under canvas.

Out front is a decked seating area looking down the valley. Bedding and towels are provided, and guests have full use of the facilities: the shower and toilet block, the cook deck, with gas cooking available outside.

She sleeps up to four, which makes her a favourite for small families after an adventure and for couples who want somewhere different — and the kids remember it for years.

Where it sits: She’s parked on her own plot with a decked seating area out front, looking down the valley.
