The winter we gave the valley a going-over

We didn’t exactly hibernate. Over our first winter we set about giving the park a proper going-over, ready for the season ahead.

The shower block had a full refit, and the showers are a genuinely different thing now. One of the most important rooms of all, housekeeping, got a new roof. We had a bit of fun, too: a one-off metal artwork barrier to keep cars and feet apart without the place ever looking like a car park.

There’s more to come, and we’ve a long list, but the bones of the valley are in better shape than ever. We can’t wait to show you when you visit.
